  • Descrição: Lalakis, a broke man who is obsessed with expensive foreign clothes, manages to satisfy his sartorial desires through some interesting schemes. When he is fired and has no money at all, he meets Livia, an Italian woman, who suggests that they go to Italy and bring back cosmetics. Lalakis accepts the offer gladly and goes to Rome, but there he becomes involved in a gang who trade in illegal antiquities. They follow him to Greece, but in the end he manages to dispose of them. Afterwards he becomes rich when he starts retailing the cosmetics he has imported from Italy.
